Ghost of Tom Joad

When is Cappy up? That will be a fun election, unless he turns 70 before he is up. I won't be suprised if you the one up for retention dumped. Many different groups will be on the warpath so to speak.

According to information I've read from public sources Cappy was first elected in 1990 and ia currently 63 years old. That would make him 67 in 2010 when he should be facing retention. Will he retire then or face the wrath of the voters for a three year stint?
I'd love to see him run. I'd rerun that OpEd piece about the pay raise incessantly.
